Exchange and Refund Policy

Exchange Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the terms of the contractual and regulatory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange or return the product provided to them by the store within the 30 days following the date of receipt of the product, and they are not entitled to exchange the product after 30 days have passed.

2- Exchange of the product requires that the product be in its original condition with the packaging intact, and the consumer has not used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety, and the consumer is responsible for paying the shipping cost if they wish to exchange the product. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

1- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s mishandling.

Refund Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the terms of the contractual and regulatory warranty, the consumer has the right to return the product provided to them by the store within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and they are not entitled to do so after seven days have passed.

2- Refunding the product requires that the product be in its original condition as received, and the consumer has not used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before refunding it to ensure its safety.

3- The consumer bears the costs associated with the refund process, and in case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer is not entitled to refund the product in the following cases:

-If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s mishandling.
